Regain the freedom to smile
Dental implants offer a natural, stable, and long-term solution that allows you to speak, eat, and smile again without worry. At PureDental’s clinic in District II, we use premium Swiss implant systems, digital design, and painless procedures to ensure outstanding results.
A dental implant is an artificial root made of titanium or zirconium that is implanted into the jawbone. It can serve as a stable foundation for a single crown, a bridge, or even a full set of dentures.
At our clinic, internationally recognized Straumann and Neodent implant systems guarantee stable and reliable tooth replacement.
We use 3D CBCT-based diagnostics to determine the exact location and angle of the implant for perfect results.
The materials used promote rapid ossification and provide stable tooth replacement for decades.
We pay special attention to ensuring that the procedure is completely painless. It is performed under local anesthesia, so the experience is comparable to a simple tooth extraction.
Dental implants are the ideal choice for anyone who wants to regain the freedom of a natural smile, speak with confidence, eat comfortably, and live a full life again.
It is especially recommended if you:
Dental implantation begins with precise digital planning, followed by the gentle insertion of the implant under local anesthesia. After healing, we prepare the final crown or bridge, which provides stable and natural-looking tooth replacement for many years to come.
We assess the condition using 3D CBCT imaging and examination, then create a personalized plan.
We use digital technology to determine the position and angle of the implant with micron precision.
We implant using local anesthesia, or general anesthesia/sedation if required, using a minimally invasive method.
After the healing period, we will prepare your final crown, bridge, or full bridge – with a natural appearance, stable hold, and long-lasting, aesthetic results.
A solution that is attached to implants but can still be removed, offering uncompromising stability and combining the advantages of fixed and removable replacements.
With just 4 implants, you can have a complete, fixed denture: fast, modern, and in many cases, no bone grafting is needed.
Partial dentures are the ideal choice if you need to replace a few teeth – they are stable, aesthetic, and wallet-friendly.
We have compiled answers to the questions most frequently asked by our patients regarding dental implants.
In case of one or more missing teeth, complete tooth loss for fixed replacement, or if removable dentures are uncomfortable. Healthy teeth do not need to be filed down, making this a gentle solution.
During the healing period, it is important to maintain good oral hygiene, avoid smoking and alcohol, and eat soft foods. Regular check-ups ensure long-term success.
No. It is performed using modern anesthesia and minimally invasive techniques. Mild swelling or tension may occur for a few days after the procedure, but this can be quickly alleviated.
After the implant is placed, it takes 3–6 months for osseointegration to occur. The final dental prosthesis is then prepared.
With proper oral hygiene and regular check-ups, it can last a lifetime. A crown or bridge will last an average of 10–20 years, after which it may need to be replaced.
Not necessarily. If there is sufficient bone volume, implantation can be performed immediately. In cases of bone loss, we routinely supplement the procedure with bone grafting or sinus lifting.
As with any surgical procedure, there are minimal risks (e.g., infection, implant loosening). At PureDental, precise 3D planning, a sterile environment, and premium materials minimize these risks.
Exposure + gingival shaping screw
After implant placement, we perform a minor procedure to expose the healed implant above the gum line, then insert a gingival shaping screw to help create a natural and aesthetic gum line.
Sinus lift – open sinus lift with bone grafting
If the bone height in the upper jaw is less than 4 mm, we use an open sinus lift to ensure that there is sufficient bone for the implant.
Sinus lift – closed (internal) sinus lift with bone grafting
During a closed (internal) sinus lift, we lift the lower wall of the sinus with a minor procedure to create sufficient space for the implant.
The resulting cavity is filled with bone graft material, which promotes stable, long-lasting implant placement.
