Practice Manager
Meet Tamás Alex, the practice manager at PureDental.
I have been working in private healthcare since 2017, and from the very beginning, I have believed it is essential that dental treatment is not a stressful or uncertain experience, but rather a well-organized, transparent, and reassuring one.
Previously, I worked as a patient coordinator, interpreter, and then as a client relationship manager in London and Budapest, primarily with international patients from English- and Russian-speaking regions. During that time, I learned how important accurate information, clear communication, and the patient’s sense that they are truly being listened to are.
As practice manager at PureDental, I coordinate the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic and work every day to ensure that not only the professional quality but also the patient experience is top-notch at every stage, from the first contact to the radiant smile.
