I have been working in private healthcare since 2017. I began my career as a patient coordinator and later continued as a client relations manager in both London and Budapest. In my work, I have primarily supported patients from English- and Russian-speaking countries—whether it be through comprehensive coordination, operational administration, treatment planning and consultations, or even interpreting during procedures.
For me, clear and seamless communication is the key. It lays the foundation for achieving a shared goal—from the very first contact all the way to a radiant smile—an experience that brings not only aesthetic results but also a significant improvement in our patients’ quality of life.
