Root canal treatment prices: Bone reconstruction

Bone reconstruction is necessary when a large part of the tooth is missing due to decay or damage. This may mean that there is not enough tooth material to hold the crown in place. In such cases, a stump build-up with a filler or a tapered stump is required.

One of the factors that influence the price of root canal treatment is trepanning. This is the removal of nerves and root canals following the opening of the root canal. Once the gases that cause the tension are released, the pain will go away after the blood vessels and nerves that are inflamed are removed.

Another component of root canal prices is cleaning. After trepanning, the entire length of the opened canals must be cleaned. The root canal can then be prepared to receive the root filling.
