Natural, radiant smiles with in-office and at-home solutions
With PureDental’s professional in-office and at-home teeth whitening procedures, you can achieve a natural-looking result that is up to several shades lighter, gently, permanently, and painlessly.
Over the years, teeth can become discolored due to coffee, tea, red wine, smoking, or even certain medications. Professional teeth whitening is a quick, safe, and effective solution that restores your smile’s natural brilliance.
Both in-office and at-home procedures can achieve harmonious, healthy white teeth; the only difference is in the speed and intensity of the effect.
It is especially recommended if you:
Coffee, tea, red wine, or simply age – tooth discolouration can have many causes, and not all of them respond to whitening in the same way. Here's what happens on the surface and inside the tooth, and how professional whitening gel works on it.
Builds up on the surface of the enamel: coffee, tea, red wine, cola, dark fruit juices, curry, soy sauce, and pigments from smoking. Some of this can already be lightened with ultrasonic tartar removal and Air-Flow polishing, but professional whitening is needed to remove it completely.
Forms deep within the enamel and in the dentin layer: natural age-related yellowing, discolouration caused by medication (e.g. tetracycline taken in childhood), fluorosis, or darkening following a previous root canal treatment. This is mainly addressed by professional, high-concentration in-office whitening.
The active ingredient in professional teeth whitening is a hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide-based gel. For in-office treatment we use a higher concentration (approx. 25–40% hydrogen peroxide), while for at-home tray therapy we use a lower concentration (approx. 10–16% carbamide peroxide). The gel penetrates through microscopic cracks in the enamel, breaking down pigment molecules through an oxidative reaction and lightening the tooth from within. In-office LED-light activation speeds up this process.
Both the in-office and at-home methods achieve a naturally healthy, white tooth shade – the difference lies only in the speed and intensity of the effect.
Works within the deeper layers of the tooth, removing not only surface but also internal discolouration – ideal if you want fast, dramatic results.
An ideal choice for those who want a comfortable, controlled process, or who wish to maintain the results of in-office whitening long-term, using it as a complementary treatment.
Every treatment begins with ultrasonic tartar removal, polishing and Air-Flow sandblasting, so the whitening agent can take full effect on a clean tooth surface. After a single session you can achieve a tooth shade up to 4–5 shades lighter, with the effect typically lasting 1–2 years.
The treatment doesn't always require a separate dental consultation – patients can book directly for teeth whitening. Before the treatment, our dental hygienist examines the condition of the teeth and gums and checks whether the patient is suitable for whitening.
Teeth whitening is always preceded by a dental hygiene cleaning. We remove tartar with an ultrasonic scaler, clean the teeth of discolouration with Air-Flow sandblasting, then polish the tooth surface smooth and glossy. This is important because the whitening agent only works fully on a completely clean enamel surface.
A special, professional whitening gel is applied to the teeth, penetrating deep into the microscopic cracks of the enamel to dissolve the pigments from within. There's no bleeding of the gums and no pain during the process – any mild tooth sensitivity that may occur subsides within a few hours, so you can go straight back to your daily routine after the treatment.
After just a single session, you can achieve a tooth shade up to 4–5 shades lighter, and the effect can remain visible for 1–2 years depending on lifestyle.
Correct tooth brushing is an important part of dental hygiene: on request, you can also learn this technique at our clinic. After the whitening, our dental hygienists provide personalised advice to help the freshly achieved whiteness last for the long term. This step not only keeps your teeth radiant but also helps establish a proper oral care routine.

For 24–48 hours after the treatment, the pores of the enamel remain open, making this the most important period for preserving your results. It's recommended to avoid strongly staining foods and drinks for 1–2 weeks.
