Prices for tooth replacement
The majority of people want perfect, flawless dentures. However, most people are not lucky enough to have a lifetime of missing teeth. After having a tooth extracted, many people think about getting a tooth replacement, but most people are in doubt about the affordability of these treatments. Below, we help summarise what options are available for tooth replacement and report on the prices of tooth replacement at Pure Dental's Budapest practice.
Replacement tooth prices - dental implants
In the case of single or multiple missing teeth, we recommend dental implants as the first choice for tooth replacement. The reason for this is that traditional tooth replacement requires preparation of the teeth, which results in the loss of healthy tooth material. To avoid this, we prefer to use dental implants, which involve placing an implant in the jawbone, which can be used as a root and used to build up the crown of the missing tooth.
PureDental patients can choose between two types of implants in our practice.
- One is the Neodent implant, one of the best implant brands in the world. Neo is an advanced, universal implant that can be easily placed in all bone types while protecting bone tissue from overloading, and comes with a lifetime guarantee.
- Another option for dental implants is Straumann's premium quality Swiss product, Bone Level Tapered. The special feature of these implants is that they are unique in that they can be used in patients with limited bone mass. They are primarily recommended for immediate implant placement after tooth extraction for best results and also come with a lifetime guarantee.

Prosthodontics prices - Implant release, gumforming screw insertion
The implant will heal under the gums for 3-6 months after placement. The first step is then to release the implant with a small, painless procedure. A so-called gum-shaping screw is then inserted into the implant for an aesthetic appearance. The cost of this tooth replacement procedure can be found in our current dental price list. The gum shaping process takes two weeks, after which the crown preparation procedures can begin.
Replacement tooth prices – Crown, implant head
The crown or implant head is the final stage of dental prosthesis
and the most visible part of the implant. At Pure Dental, you can choose between metal-ceramic or zirconium crowns for your implant. In this case, the prices for dental prostheses will be as follows:

Our current prices for dental prosthetics - Maxillofacial cavity lifting
In the case of missing back teeth, if our patient has been suffering from tooth loss for a long time and over time bone resorption has occurred or the anatomical shape of his/her sinus is not correct, we can gain bone height by means of a sinus lift. If you need a larger amount of bone gain, an open sinus lift is a solution, while for a maximum of 7-8 mm of bone gain you may opt for an internal sinus lift. An internal lift may also be an additional cost to the price of a tooth replacement, as well as an external lift. The cost of the bone grafting surgery is also included.
Replacement tooth prices - Full denture replacement
Our practice also offers tooth replacement for those who have not only partial but also complete tooth loss. Removable dentures, both single and metal-plate versions, are available at our dentistry. An excellent alternative is also the fixed denture, which can be placed on implants and is the most stable alternative for full denture replacement today.
However, when it comes to the price of tooth replacement, it is very important to know that in our practice we provide our patients with a personalised treatment plan, in which we will also determine your individual quote in advance.
